What you’ll need:
· El Real Sarap Filipino style bundle pack 1.7kg (800g Spaghetti and 900g sweet style spaghetti sauce)
For Sauce:
1 small red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup cheese, grated
· For meatballs:
½ kg ground beef
1 small white onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup carrot, finely chopped
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 pc. Egg
2 cups oil
Procedure:
1. Cook El Real Spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. Ina mixing bowl, combine ground beef, white onion, garlic, carrot, celery, breadcrumbs, and egg white.
3. Scoop 1 teaspoon of mixture and form into a ball. Repeat until you have the desired amount of meatballs.
4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry meatballs. Set aside after frying.
5. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
6. Add in El Real Filipino Style Spaghetti sauce and water (optional) then season with salt and pepper.
7. Once sauce comes to a boil, add in the cooked meatballs.
8. Serve with cooked El Real pasta and top with cheese.

2. Chili Con Carne Pasta
For a Mexican twist, try this Chili Con Carne pasta recipe:
What you’ll need:
· 400g El Real Elbow Macaroni
· 500g Ground Beef
· 1 can red kidney beans
· 2 pcs tomatoes, diced
· 1 cup tomato sauce
· 1 cup grated cheese
· 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
· 2 pcs. Chili, sliced
· Salt and Pepper
· Cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Cook El Real Elbow Macaroni in lightly salted boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Sautee garlic and chili.
5. Add in ground beef and cook until browned.
6. Add in red kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cooked El Real Elbow Macaroni.
7. Transfer mixture into a casserole dish and top generously with cheese.
8. Put into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
9. Serve and enjoy!
3. Creamy Ham Carbonara

What you’ll need:
· 1kg El Real Flat Spaghetti
· 250g ham, chopped and cooked
· 1 can button mushroom
· 2 tbsp butter
· 6 cloves garlic, chopped
· 1 onion chopped
· 1 can cream of mushroom
· 1 can milk
· 1 can all purpose cream
· 1 tbsp sugar
· ½ cup cheddar cheese
· ½ cup parmesan cheese
Procedure:
1. Cook El Real Flat Spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. Slowly pour in cream of mushrooms, milk, and all-purpose cream. Stir continuously until sauce thickens.
4. Toss in cooked ham, sugar, and cheddar cheese.
